Being a Beachbody Coach has been one of the biggest changes in my life, and I have thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. It has given me a vehicle to help others get fit the same way I did. Looking at this, I’m sure you may have questions, or maybe you don’t fully understand what I mean by that. You may wonder, “What is a Beachbody Coach?”, or “How can a Beachbody Coach help me?” Fitness Support is the key to long term success.
Shakeology Ingredients – Super Protein Blend
In my previous post Shakeology Ingredients I discussed, in summary, all the healthy things that go into Shakeology to make it the Healthiest Meal of the Day. Let’s go a little deeper and look at each group of ingredients. In this installment let’s look at Shakeology Ingredients – Super Protein Blend. Just in case you didn’t remember, the Super Protein blend consisted of these ingredients:
Whey, Sacha Inchi, Chia, Flax, Quinoa, Amaranth, Brown Rice, Peas.
The main purpose of this Super Protein Blend is that it helps build lean muscle, improves skin and hair, supports mental clarity, and reduces cravings. Where do these proteins come from and how are they processed in the best possible manner to ensure that they are the most bio-available, or how well the body can use them.
I loved P90X, it was the program I had the most success with, but after 4 rounds, I was ready for some variety. I did a round of Insanity, but I’m not a pure cardio kind of guy. I really like the strength building aspects of resistance training. Now along comes P90X2. THIS is what I’ve been waiting for! Tony Horton and the kids have returned with an all new workout X-style. Tony’s a great guy. I got the opportunity to meet him in Las Vegas in June of 2012. When I showed him my before-and-after shots and told him that he and P90X had helped me to lose 80 pounds, not only did he congratulate me, but he yelled it out to a ballroom full of other Beachbody Coaches. What a guy.
The P90X Nutrition Plan
If your bringing it with P90X and not eating right, you’re wasting your time. I am always asked by those using P90X to help them figure out why they only getting limited results, even though they are working out as hard as they can, or why they have no energy to complete their daily workout. The first thing I ask them is “Are you following the nutrition plan?” This is always followed by an awkward silent moment, then the confession that they did not even open the guide to read it.

P90X was the program I started with, and it has brought me great success in getting to my fitness goals. I see so many people getting the program and immediately start popping the DVD’s into the player and hitting it hard quitting after a month because they aren’t getting the results they hoped for, BUT they didin’t bother to read any of the materials that came with it. This is an extreme program that gives extreme results. Period. However, you will only get those extreme results if you follow the program as it’s laid out and you do ALL 90 days!
